Fruit Leather


Basic Formula :
2 1/2 cup - Strawberries (hulled & cut in half)
25g - Sugar

Method :

  • Puree strawberries in blender until smooth. Stir in the sugar.

 
  • Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper and spread the fruit evently in the pan.

  • Dry in oven at 140F (60C) until completely dry and no longer sticky.

  • Remove parchment paper and rolled up.

(a) Control - Prepare the basic formula. Note the time required to dry.


(c) Honey, 140F (60C) oven - Prepare basic formula but subtitute 30ml honey for the sugar. Dry in oven 140F. Note the time required to dry.
